about

Because of a typo I called this piece “Piano Improv 777a” and I kept it for symbolic reasons. It is one of two improvs on the upcoming album, the other being "Piano Improv 77" which I've dedicated to my mother Mary Lou Ynda, who left the planet at age 77. I love her more than ever.

I kept the three sevens because, well.... I like sevens! They’re lucky, right? Then it hit me that “777a “ could be the 21st or April and that has been a very important day in my life more than once. It’s a love affair between life and death.

This was recorded at home, by me. On or around August 15th of 2014.
